Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions conducted by Alliance Invest Trading LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.aitshop.us and any related communications.

By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and processed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Pricing displayed online reflects standard pallet quantities.

Bulk, truckload, and contract pricing is quoted individually based on volume and supply requirements.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to pick-up or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout.

Orders will not be released until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping & Freight

Freight and delivery options are coordinated based on order size and destination.

Pallet, truckload, and container shipments may be quoted separately.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight providers, or force majeure events.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon shipment or carrier pick-up from our warehouse.

For on-site pick-up, risk of loss transfers once goods are released to the Buyer or Buyer’s representative.

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt.

Returns & Claims

Due to the industrial and bulk nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damages caused during freight must be documented with the carrier at time of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Alliance Invest Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The current version will always be available on our website.
